The reservation becomes final with an e-mail or other written confirmation. After confirmation, the guest is obliged to transfer a deposit of 30% of the total accommodation fee within 2 working days to the following bank account:

The reservation becomes final upon receipt of the deposit. If the deposit is not received by the deadline, the reservation may be canceled.
Advance payment : 30% of the total amount is required after confirmation of the reservation.
Balance payment : The remaining 70% is payable upon arrival, in cash or by bank transfer.
30 days before arrival : the reservation can be canceled free of charge, the deposit will be fully refunded.
30-15 days before arrival : in case of cancellation, 50% of the deposit will be refunded, 50% will be retained as a penalty.
15 days before arrival or later : the entire amount of the deposit will be retained as a penalty, no refund is possible.
Cancellation must be notified in writing in all cases.
The prices displayed are final prices, including taxes. The apartment reserves the right to modify prices in the event of special promotions or peak periods.
Check-in : possible from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
Check-out : the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure at the latest.
Other times are possible by prior arrangement and for a separate fee.
The accommodation fee does not include tourist tax, if applicable in the given period or by law.
Guests are obliged to use the apartment for its intended purpose, and in case of damage they are liable for compensation.
Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement and for a separate fee.
In the event of a complaint, please report the complaint immediately to the apartment operator so that we can find a solution on site if possible.
